| Products and Special Capabilities: DANA's Computer aided design package provides faster turn around time for part estimates and tooling. The 10 computer controlled injection molding presses are capable of producing thermoplastic parts from one quarter to fifty-five ounces. Dana's standard tooling tolerance for injection molded plastics is plus or minus .001 of an inch. The 2400sq foot clean room is available for special applications. An excellent Quality program, JIT and KanBan inventories are services offered to all DANA-SAAD customers. |
